Projeto de marca e identidade visual para food truck Don Gourmet
O Don Gourmet é um food truck especializado em hambúrgueres gourmet e carnes finas, além de massas e saladas selecionadas. O food truck trabalha ainda com carta de cervejas especiais e vinhos finos, sempre prezando pela relação mais próxima com seu cliente e sua comida.
O nome Don significa dádiva, dote natural, talento e capacidade – fundamentais para a prática culinária – ao mesmo tempo que, é o título de nobres na Itália.
A palavra Gourmet, do francês, significa “o indivíduo apreciador de boas mesas e bons vinhos”. Portanto, a ideia da ‘coroa real’ como símbolo de nobreza, de qualidade e bom gosto estando apoiadas com o conceito de sofisticação e exclusividade representadas pelo símbolo da estrela presentes na marca.
Optou-se pela forma geométrica de elipse para se compor a marca, por representar os conceitos de dinamismo, agilidade – muito necessários em uma ambiente de preparo culinário.

Don Gourmet is a food truck specializing in gourmet burgers and fine meats, plus selected pastas and salads. The food truck also works with a menu of special beers and fine wines, always cherishing the closest relationship with your customer and your food.
The name Don means gift, natural dowry, talent and ability, fundamental to culinary practice, at the same time as it is the title of nobles of the Italy.
The word Gourmet, from French, means “the person who appreciates good tables and good wines”. Therefore, the idea of the ‘royal crown’ as a symbol of nobility, quality and good taste being supported with the concept of sophistication and exclusivity represented by the star symbol present in the brand.
It’s opted for the geometric shape of an ellipse to compose the brand, to represent the concepts of dynamism, agility, much needed in a culinary staging environment.
